It’s always a good time for tea.
First thing in the morning, a cup of Jasmine Green to wake slowly, sipping hot while I scroll through my newsfeeds and fill in my planner for the day. On summer days, enjoying the floral notes while the sunlight floods in through the gap in the curtains, mingling with the fresh air drifting through the open windows. A little burst of energy from the green leaves to start the day in a positive way.
Green and Fruit to brighten up during the day, or an Earl Grey to take a moment’s break.
An English brew, milk and a heaping spoon of sugar, for strength in times of need, to calm nerves and replenish after a difficult time.
In the evenings, hot spicy Chai brewed from a pan, enjoyed with friends around an open fire, telling stories and sharing moments.
Peppermint to relax and sooth, and Chamomile to ease concern and induce calm, and to rescue from the stresses of the day.
Whether luxurious loose leaves infused with beautiful dried petals, a steaming pot to share with others, or even the emergency packet stashed inside your handbag, it’s always a good time for tea.
How do you take yours?
